Circle of Red
The Circle of Red is an elite group of women (and men) who have the influence and resources to impact our community by making a personal commitment to help find a cure for the No. 1 killer of women. We invite you to become a member of Greater Portland’s Circle of Red by committing to a gift of $1,000 or more. As a member, you will be invited to meet and greet opportunities with keynote speakers, exclusive events throughout the year and have premier seating at the 2010 Go Red For Women Luncheon.
By Women for Women
Greater Portland Women of influence now have a unique opportunity to help change the tides for themselves, their families and for all women. To correct the inadequate knowledge base in disparities the American Heart Association is launching By Women for Women, a $10,000,000 research platform that will unlock the key to unanswered questions. This Campaign for Excellence in Research on Cardiovascular Diseases in Women will be funded by women. This national movement will celebrate the energy, passion and power we have as women from around the country that make an investment of $100,000 or more to band together to wipe out heart disease.
